Quotes & Invoices

All written and verbal quotes are good for 30 days unless specified differently.

Terms of Payment:

Terms are printed on each invoice.  Malibu Fountains accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover as well as PayPal.  We do not provide company credit at this time.

Price Changes:

Prices are subject to change without notice and orders will be invoiced at the prices prevailing at the time the order is shipped.

Returned Checks:

Any check returned for insufficient funds will incur a $25.00 service fee.

 

Injuries & Liability

Please handle all products, sculptures, landscape features and copper trees with care. Hand-cut copper is very sharp. Wear protective gear, gloves, eye wear, etc. We are not held responsible for any injuries the customer incurs lifting or transporting the tree.  Be cautious!  Be safe!

 

SHIPPING & RETURNS

 

Shipping Information

Malibu Fountains distributes and ships to all of North America. We make every effort to deliver orders in a timely, efficient manner using the following methods:

  • Direct Ship: Large orders may be shipped directly from the manufacturer. Freight charges may apply.
  • Orders from the warehouse will be shipped using warehouse carriers.

Ready-to-Ship Fountains (under 5 feet):  

These hand made items are easily assembled out of the box and only take 4-6 weeks to arrive.  Keep in mind, all trees are handcrafted to order.

Large Fountains (over 5 feet):  

Most of the larger fountains require a longer custom manufacture.  These take about 10-12 weeks to process and ship.

Bespoke Projects: 

Our representative will walk you through the timeline from manufacture to shipping to installation. 

  • Bespoke Projects will include freight charges.

Outside the US:

If you live in another country, we'll be happy to direct you to a Malibu Fountains representative handling those regions. 

  • Shipping charges will apply for orders outside the continental United States.
 

Returns & Exchanges

Unfortunately, due to the custom nature of each order, all sales are final unless it arrives damaged.

In-Warranty Merchandise:

All Malibu fountains come with a one year warranty against faulty manufacture.

Damaged Goods:

Please report any damage goods within 2 days of delivery and a credit note sent within five working days.  As we are bound by strict insurance stipulations, it is vital adhered to, otherwise the claim will be rejected.

Returning Goods:

A 20% restocking fee will be charged for returned goods. Items must be in like new, sellable condition and in season. Returns must be accompanied by the original invoice. All returns require a Return Authorization Number (RA#) to be clearly marked on the outside of each package returned.

Please call or email Malibu Fountains to receive RA# prior to returning merchandise. Bespoke orders are not returnable, however, we work with our clients and the artist to correct any deficiencies that are found. The customer is responsible for returning items to Malibu Fountains and for freight cost.
